Working with Hardy Realtors has been a pleasure. Selling a home can be stressful enough, moving with a bad back and the weight of the world on my shoulders is another. I'm glad I had somebody I could count on, within days I had multiple offers above asking price on my home, Unfortunately two days before the close of escrow the city of Menifee informed the buyer they're taking my house Eminent Domain for a road widening project, Needless to say the buyer backed out. Paige and her family seamlessly transitioned to working with the city on my behalf. I would be completely lost without her. I can't thank the Lord enough. Paige and her family have been a joy to work with. They completely understand my stress levels, my mood swings, manic episodes, my innate ability to mansplain and the uncertainty of not knowing what is going to happen.
