Picked up a van to load and unload a sofa, van already had a residue of oil in the cargo space before i picked up and upon returning they charged $25 cleaning fee for something that is i am not responsible. Upon calling back employee tells me that i should have checked before i left (so the last customer who used van, you didnot check when they retuned, that there are residue of oil???) Also, in contract they put the van has full tank, when leaving their parking i notified them that it is not full tank and they corrected in their system.. basically just put false information in contract and loot customer. never using this location again for any rentals
