I am amending my earlier review. Something has changed at Erkie's. Their prices have gone through the roof. They overcharged me for a hood vent installation that they didn't complete all the way, I had to hire someone else to finish the job. I stupidly hired them to come look at a toilet assembly. The repairman said they had plenty in their van, they'd just swap it out, and wouldn't charge for the visit. Imagine my surprise when my husband received a call to collect for $325. We never received any sort of estimate, we never would have agreed to that price. We will NEVER use Erkie's again. Service: Electrical outlet & switch relocation

We selected these people to replace our central air conditioning unit with a variable speed heat pump. It was not cheap, but we are extremely happy with the result. Not only did they install a very good unit, they also corrected problems with the ductwork which dated back to the original construction. Between the correction of the duct work and the excellent new system, the house is more comfortable than it has ever been, and my electrical bills are substantially lower. Their thorough approach and the the dedication of their installers has made us into loyal customers.
