I was new to the Rancho Mirage area in 2021 and I was looking for a gun shop with a skilled gunsmith near my new (to me) gun club and found Tim's Gun Shop. I heard that Tim is a great gunsmith so I had Tim accurize my vintage Colt 1911.  He did a beautiful job. Tim will handle various hard to find weapons via Internet sales. Over the past year Tim handled several FFL transfers for me. A lot of gun shops seem to have a condescending attitude towards customers, but Tim is always friendly and genuine, He takes his time to explain and answer questions.  I always feel welcome at Tim's and I would recommend Tim to anyone looking for a competent and friendly gun shop in Riverside County.
