I am very happy with the services provided by Mayflower! After going through many different quotes from various movers, Mayflower was the only one that met all of my needs and gave me a reasonable price given the circumstances of my move. Everyone involved from the estimator, Joe, the move coordinator, Alyson, the mover, David, and everyone who was there to help load and unload were a pleasure to work with! I appreciate the team's understanding and communication throughout the process and it really left me with the peace of mind that all of my possessions were in the right hands. A big shoutout to David's patience and energy on loading and unloading day that kept things moving along in a quick and efficient manner! Everyone was very professional and I would recommend them to anyone considering a long-distance move!

Excellent communication from the estimator, moving coordinator, packing services and driver. All professionals who ensured the utmost care for my household items during packing, loading and deliver. Every item was packed neatly to ensure nothing was broken. Driver was extremely courteous and gave me a heads up on any issues during transit, as well as, coordinated loading and delivery locations (including shuttle service for delivery).

I wanted to give a big shout out to everyone who helped me at the Mayflower Transit moving company. Thanks to the agents Joe and Alyson in California as well both moving teams.. Leos team in LA and Yessenias team in Austin. I couldnt have done that move without you! I needed to relocate from Los Angeles CA to Austin TX on just a weeks notice so I had to get estimates from a few moving options asap. Mayflower not only got back to me first, but had the most streamlined electronic process followed up with prompt and personal communication. First I scheduled a virtual estimate. Soon Joe A. was on the case and called to actually come by for a quick in-person inventory. He was really informative, easy to talk to and gave what ended up being totally accurate estimate. The original quote was the same as the final cost. Plus the price of doing all the moving and getting a truck myself didnt cost much less, so it was an easy decision to hire Mayflower. Then the agent Alyson M. reached out and was always kind and knowledgeable for the whole process. She kept me updated throughout every step of the way in both cities. On move out day Leos team in LA was right on time and did a excellent job quickly loading the truck with efficiency and care all while logging the inventory. Yessenias team in Austin was able to arrive early at my request and were true professionals with both the unloading and inventory as well. Everything was delivered intact. I would highly recommend the Mayflower / Merrit Moving / Thousand Palms & United Companies to anyone looking to relocate across the states. Thanks again to all, along with those working behind the scenes too. Youre running a really valuable service with a reliable company. Im grateful for how a normally difficult situation was turned into an easy process!
