They will use you and then kick you to the curb. You could overachieve but if you dont fit in their budget you will be let go without warning. They used to have future associates sign NDAs to keep them quiet after being terminated but they recently just sent Mail out that says that NDA has been lifted. I assume they have been getting into some legal troubles because of it. So before you choose to work there, read this, and if you have questions about the inner workings of that building, I have the answers. ESP is no good.

good for nurses bad for employees! minimum direction given expect results out of the gate get results, when you get the results they are unable to fill positions! Then they hammer on any kind of facility that has nurses and expect 3 calls a day to the same place after they tell you

This company has no respect for other people. They have harassed me to no end even after I have repeatedly responded to their calls and text messages informing them I am not interested. They continued after I specifically requested they stop harassing me. The final straw was today when I responded that I have repeatedly asked them to stop harassing me their calloused response was "have you tried responding stop". Nowhere in any of their messages did it indicate this was an option. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them based on their lack of respect for others. I am an employer of many nursing staff and I would not use them to fill any staffing holes I had.
