image It's rush hour between 1 and 2 pm here one specialist takes care of everyone, it's not a service, it's a hell of a thing. The queue is huge. Time is precious, why do you think you can get away with it at our expense?

image I would like to give 5 star service to this guy named Clint he just let us walk in and process the passports of my kids without appointment. Super amazing. Thank you very much.
Although, we did our appointment passports in Cathedral city Usps, and cancelled our appointment without notice, calls or email.

image Yesterday I walked into the post office dreading it because not only is it the busiest time of the year but it was also Monday morning and this post office is quite small I thought I was going to spend a big chunk of my morning there. To my surprise I was greeted with a smile and was on my way to my next errand in no time! Diana was patient with me and was able to answer all my questions (Id also like to point out she did not make me feel like I was asking too many questions - or was bothered by that)

image Being a former post office worker, I have the utmost respect for the work load these employees get but I'm a little doubtful of the way this particular office is run. I've had several very important pieces of mail go missing. On separate occasions. And only the important items. Which was easy to see from the notice on the envelope, so it does leave me with an uneasy feeling. I find this a little concerning but I also notice there always seems to be someone in the box area, using their phone but not doing anything else. I'm guessing they are using the internet? I don't know but with mail missing and suspicious people just loitering in the box area, I don't get the safest feeling here. The counter workers are usual pretty nice but I don't really need their services very often. I just get a bad feeling about this particular office and I think the postmaster might need to keep a closer eye. I don't see this office being very busy. My home office when I was a CCA was 10x the size of this office, easily, and the load they got was a much higher rate. One other thing I think that makes me feel suspicious of my box handling is that I get red plums on multiple days of the week. This is what postal workers call the ads which is usually only on Tuesdays. So if I'm getting these ads more than one day, it definitely feels like my box is being tampered with. Literally the day I wrote this I just got another notice that another piece of mail was returned. From the same person that I received mail from the day I wrote this. How do I get one piece of mail super late and another one is returned?
