        I do work in LA and the IE. I went in there to find a new supplier of concrete coating materials here in the desert. First of all I couldn't find what door led into the store. Then when I went in there there was nobody at the counter or in the store at all. There was a guy across the street on a forklift loading stuff and he looked over at me, but kept on doing the forklift stuff. I waited about 15 minutes and finally the guy came over and didn't really give me scope of everything they carry or what they have. No friendly greeting no interest in selling anything or generating new business. We left.
