The experience I had with Tuff Shed was amazing. Travis Rocha in Thousand Palms was a pleasure to work with. Friendly, professional, and had answers to all my questions. He patiently provided me with many estimates so that I could decide what size and price point was right for me.
Andrew and Peter were the installers. Cant say enough about these two young men. Professional, polite, friendly, efficient and hardworking. They deserve a raise!

Thank you Travis Rocha for helping us with our decision on the shed that we picked out (10x12). We never felt any pressure from you and with our changes we kept making there was never an issue. The two gentlemen who came out for the install were very professional, hard working and polite. Since my husband is a general contractor the biggest compliment I can give you is his statement.

From the beginning to the end, this process went smoothly. It was our first shed in a small yard behind our mobile home. First, working with Travis at the local TuffShed showroom was a breeze. He was patient with us as we went through the decision process and changing this and that. Travis has worked on a number of sheds in our community (TriPalms) and he was aware of the specific requirements with the HOA. He knew his stuff having been in both the sales and install departments. That background gives him some real experience and he was able to answer all of our questions thoroughly. It was a very professional interaction which I appreciate.
Then came the install day. Steve and Matthew both did a great job. They were very nice to deal with and offered up some questions that needed to be answered at the outset which helped the process. They worked hard and we ended up with exactly what we had hoped for. Finally, and this is a stickler for us, they left the worksite as clean as when they arrived. We tend to expect issues with this things and in this case, our expectations were met and exceeded. Highly recommended. Services: Shed installation, Custom shed design
