We had Cory come over to our rental property 3 days before we had to head back home to have him measure 4 windows we wanted duets in. He was very nice he took the measurements said he was leaving for the weekend but he would give us a quote the following Monday. We got home and three weeks went by and still nothing. My husband asked if I ever received anything from Cory and I said no. So I called Desert window treatments again spoke to some man and Cory was not there but this gentleman was going to leave him a message because he would be back later. I still have not gotten anything from him and this is two weeks later. I will not do business with this company again I will go to another company that sells hunter Douglas. A horrible experience when we dont live in the area.
