Received a very down to earth suggestions from Tarmar about my landlord-tenant issues, she was very patient and professional, gave me a solid idea about what I should expect for and helped me to make the best decision to maximize my profits. I like her that she didn't just urged me to hire her like some other attorneys I consulted before, instead she analysed the whole situation to me and suggested few practical options, really considered the case in my shoes.
