This was my first time ordering flowers. I live on the East Coast and my daughter lives on the West Coast. I was so excite to have flowers for her as this was our first birthday living in different states. Placing my order online was fast and easy. I received my receipts as well as a confirmation right away. I was hoping the flowers would be delivered early, however I didnt leave any type of instructions. I was very inpatient as it was getting late. Decided to call and was greeted with a friendly voice. I was informed the flowers would be delivered as promised on the date selected. Finally my daughter received the flowers and I was sent a confirmation and a picture of the delivery. When I say the flowers exceeded my expectations. They had a vibrant color and the bouquet was very large. I also ordered balloons which was very colorful and a great quality not your average dollar store balloons. Im so happy I chose this company. Im sure I will use this company again. Thank you for great service.

Big shout out for Just Gorgeous Flowers & Gifts in Toluca Lake. I ordered an arrangement for my daughter's birthday earlier this week and was thoroughly impressed by the quality, price, and level of service. I was surprised by how many of the florists in the area weren't providing delivery, were suggesting I order from a third party to provide delivery, or simply didn't seem interested in working with me on this order (especially via phone).
Just Gorgeous Flowers & Gifts not only got my order out the same day, the orchid and materials they chose were absolutely gorgeous. Thank you, Philip for such exceptional service. It was such a positive experience for both me and my daughter that we have both begun sharing with our friends in the Burbank/Toluca Lake area.
