I am so very thankful for Rhonda. She does an excellent job taking care of my mother. She is an asset to this company and I appreciate Visiting Angels for providing me with her services.

Dora does an incredible job taking care of my mother.  She makes her feel at ease, makes sure she eats, exercises and takes her meds.  She'll get her ear talked off almost everyday.  We are grateful for service!

FORWARDING FOR A FRIEND.   I cannot understand why there are not more reviews of Visiting Angels.  If anyone has ever been a caretaker, you will appreciate all the more that the staff and caretakers at the Toluca Office and the services they provide.  I actually wanted to use them years ago for my mom but she refused help.  I have taken care of my partner for 12 years with blindness, cancer and broken bones.  A recent hospital stay left him with the inability to walk and we don't know why.  No matter how determined you are to bring a person back to health, it ultimately will affect your health as well.  After 3 months of being bedridden, I was unable to leave the house with no friends or family close by to watch him while I attended to appointments.  My sister suggested 'that place that advertises on tv' haha.  I actually had called other agencies with no response.  The phone and office staff at this office are so accommodating and friendly.  In no time I was set up with my first caretaker visit.  We hit the jackpot with Sue, so sweet, nice, mellow and reassuring, I felt like I had known her for years.  I have had my second appointment with her and I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the service.  I actually had to reschedule a visit and Visiting Angels was more than happy to accommodate me.  My partner loves Sue and she gives us much needed peace and relief that we can now manage knowing we have caring help when we need it.  Look forward to a long business relationship.  I cannot recommend them enough.  Thank you Sheryl, Sylvia and Sue!

Hiring Visiting Angels was the BEST decision I have made for both me and my mom Dona. When I visit my mom now we have quality time together. I'm not spending all my time rushing around getting her to doctor appts, cooking and making sure her meds have been taken, etc. And my mother has a friend. She really looks forward to her friend Wendy being there and helping her plus she trusts her. Wendy is an Angel and has exceeded my expectations.
