Five stars for Golden Fist Training Method. Great facility. Very clean. Fun. Professional business. Trusted. Sifu is centered and calm, radiates a good energy. laid-back and easygoing, no ego. Inspires others and makes it fun to grow, learn, test yourself. Doesnt matter what age or level. Really glad sifu opened his own school. Sifu has a gift of being playful with martial arts training, creative and energized. Theres a reason he is so springy and light, quick and fluid. He has trained so hard all his life and its fun for him. His structure and technique, how he explains things clearly You can tell he has been through this forwards and backwards a million times. Always feels fresh because the energy at GFTM is so positive. Sifu is patient with others. Inspirational. Im a better martial artist and happier person thanks to sifu. Training here gets my mind into a creative, focused place. Helps me in life, with family, at work.
