The following is an email sent to this complex in response to the conditions living here. I figured it might be good for anyone considering living here to see as well. Dear Anza Victoria,This apartment complex is a mess. During a time of inflation you have increased the rent for new tenants exponentially as well as increase laundry costs by nearly double. For what? So you can pay a security company, which none of us asked for, to make sure we're following rules? Your greed doesn't stop there. Two bedroom apartments should get two parking spaces, but are given one and you charge people for an extra one. (Spaces which are never offered when people move to those who are "on the waiting list".)If you're going to be so greedy, have the sense to make the complex a place worth living. Gates are always broken. Fences in disrepair. Landscaping is atrocious. Cracks on every outdoor surface. Junk left sitting all over. When you do decide to fix something no notice is given, things are just blocked off or closed. On top of it all most of the apartments are not ADA friendly. I have family members that can't even visit because of the stupid layout of this complex. Some of this I knew when I moved in, some have been unpleasant surprises. I understand when looking for housing some sacrifices need to be made in order to afford life in the south bay, but your continual disrespect for people that live here is getting out of hand.If you want to fix something at least start with the laundry prices. If we are to pay that much then make the laundry access 24 hours a day. Or maybe put more than one reload machine for our laundry cards on the property. (As the one we do have is inaccessible for most of the day and hardly works properly anyway.)  Even better, get laundry machines that we can use an app for. Best, reduce the prices and do all of the above.I don't anticipate living here much longer, which will probably make you all very happy, but once I leave I will be sure to let everyone know what an ill managed place this is to live. Signed,An angry tenantP.S. Getting our mail and packages should not have to be a scavenger hunt. Put better signage or inform delivery services directly, not with useless and ineffectual notes, how to navigate the complex and deliver properly.

I lived here for two years. Its a great size. My apartment faced the sunset (amazing). Quiet, friendly neighbors. The amenities are good and well kept. The staff is nice and responsive. Maintenance issues were fixed the same day i called it in (not many issues either). The beach is a couple miles away and its a good neighborhood. And the park across the street is nicegood for dogs, kids and walkers. Plus the apartments are pet friendly.

I am currently living at Anza Victoria Apartments. I have notified the police, management and owner of the complex. People have been coming into my apartment without my permission. My electricity has been turned off while I was gone by the maintenance man so my wifi wont work and the security system I installed wont work. Laundry detergent was stolen from my car and people siphoned gas from my car. Upon move in the heater in my apartment was broken, I fixed it within the first month because it made my electricity bill sky rocket! I just paid a $376.00 electricity bill because of it. I have notified management about all these problems and nothing has been fixed. If you like the SouthBay and want to stay in, but looking for an affordable place to live, look elsewhere - Sincerely Joseph B Baker the guy everyone seems to hate or hold a grudge against, when Ive I tried to do it as grow the area and help people.
