        EDIT; A recycling bin and food waste bin was put in!!! I'm so thankful The place is spacious and the manager is friendly. She lets you know if you have a package waiting, is flexible, and easy to reach. They keep the areas clean. The only two downsides are the following: -the pool is for residents only. I wish we could enjoy it with others. It is rarely used anyway so it's not like it's over saturated. If you live alone, then only you could use it by yourself. Other apartment complexes are not as strict. -this apartment complex does not recycle. They only have a trash bin. I have to take all my recyclables to work and toss it there. I thought that it was mandatory to have, but I guess not. Other than that, it is a great complex and has dishwasher machine as well as fireplace! Close to a lot of convenient stores.

      Beverly, thank you for the good review, we're glad to know you're enjoying the peace/quiet/well-kept complex. Unfortunately, due to liability my company cannot have visitors in our pool. Besides the liability reason, for instance just this summer we had 4 visitors from one unit that weren't supposed to be in the pool, not only taken up the pool & the pool common area but were extremely loud. Then we had a non-resident swimming instructor came & taken up the whole pool to teach kids swimming lessons. We do want our tenants to enjoy the peace & quiet of the pool & the pool area.We'll look into the recycle. Meanwhile, there's a recycle center right down the street behind UFC GYM in Torrance. Again, thank you for your feedback!
