Richard Williamson is by far and away the best Businesss Litigation Attorney that I have worked and consulted with with over the past 34 years of practice. He is extremely pragamatic, direct, and highly skilled in all matters of varying complexity including disputes over contracts, fraud, real estate. Moreover, Richard is highly concerned about the client's best results and is very astute in performing a Cost/Benefit Analysis up front and throughout the representation, so each client is fully aware of the risks and costs of a particular course of action. I most admire Richard to look a business client as a human being, or group of people, and the impact of a legal dispute on that personal life, time, and money of each client in a very candid fashion. He astutely recognizes that one remedy does not fit all clients and that litigation is not the only alternative for every dispute.
