RootVision Endo

I cant believe Im saying this, but what a great experience my root canal was! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and assisted. The office is esthetically appealing, very clean, and all of the employees seem to work wonderfully as a team and are so polite and professional. Connie was incredibly helpful and accommodating, the treatment coordinator was wonderful, Edith was pleasant and sweet, and Michelle who worked with Dr. Chen throughout the duration of my procedure-couldnt have been any sweeter or caring. Dr. Chenbeyond impressed, the best of the best! He explained my procedure clearly/concisely, gave me the most pain free injections Ive ever had, checked in with me periodically during my procedure to make sure I was comfortable, and was done with my root canal in record time. I experienced no pain whatsoever during or after. To be honest, I almost fell asleep while he treated me. I hope I never need another root canal, but if I do, I know where Ill be going. I highly recommend Rootvision Endo. If I could give them more than five stars I would!

Very professional clean environment, staff were very helpful , as well as fast service they're ratings should be higher because they do set the standard here. Big thanks to Mika for being soo helpful as well as their Manager Connie very professional on how they treat their patients like me so big thank you to Mark Nugent D.D.S. for taking care of my tooth as well as the procedure it self much needed , Im truly grateful thank you

I saw Dr Lo-Shen Chen yesterday for a root canal he was amazing took me in 30 mins after I called and is a very great Dr , I had pain when I woke up and he texted back immediately. I highly recommend him as a Dr .

Hello this was very important for me to do.i wanted to make sure i had put a review regarding my experience..I was referred by my dental office to come be seen at @ROOTVISION ENDO to get a root canal. When you first walk in you are greeted with smiles and all questions answer. Its very nice and clean and welcoming environment.. another reason why I recommend this place. I was seen by doctor Chin and he told me exactly what needed to be done and also answered my questions that I have. I also met two wonderful staff members by the name of Mika and Connie who really help me in this hard time during my finance. Even if my insurance was covering the services I still had a huge balance. I tried to apply for the credit card but it was denied. However the wonderful 2 ladies had assisted me and really did all they can to help me. I really wanted to cry being that they were willing to help me. I would not know what to do if it was not for them.. please everyone come to ROOTVISION ENDO.. you will not be sorry or regret it
