        I had a highly disappointing experience with United Rentals' customer service. I initially emailed them on Monday to inquire about renting a Scissor lift, and a supervisor responded, requesting more details. I promptly replied on Tuesday morning and followed up with another email on Wednesday. However, despite my efforts, there was no response. When I called on Thursday, I was informed that I would need to pay additional fees. Moreover, when I asked to speak with a manager, I was initially denied, and when a manager finally called me, he dominated the conversation without allowing me to voice my concerns. To make matters worse, they refused to provide me with their manager's ( Area Managers) phone number. Since united is not providing a solution, I reached out to Sunbelt, who promptly provided me with a lift on the same day at a more affordable price. United Rentals' poor customer service and lack of responsiveness were both disappointing and unprofessional. With Sunbelt dispit new customer statues they offered better price and I only pay once sunbelt confirmed the delivery time.
