I was hesitant to have legal representation as I thought my divorce would be very straightforward and also to save the money.  During our first meeting Philip provided me with a lot of insight and advice.  He highly advised for me to elect to have legal representation as no matter how "textbook" a case may seem there are always twists and turns that can come up, and oh did they come up.... So I was extremely pleased to have selected Philip to represent me on my case.One may think that Attorneys just want to gain clients and be paid however it was not the case, I felt that Philip was very sincere and really did truly care for my well being and to help gain the most advantageous result in my case.  Also not to mention all the paper work that must be completed; that alone is a nightmare if I did not have Philip and his team there to help through that it would have taken so much more additional time to understand and navigate the slew of needed documents to be completed in the divorce process.I have nothing negative to say about Philip and his legal team.   He is very charismatic and easy to speak with, I enjoyed speaking with Philip during our meetings, as he and I built rapport and there was more than just business behind our meetings (during those discussions he also let me know that I didn't have to worry that once we were done with business he was not billing me for the casual talk).I came up on top in my divorce, I was very pleased how everything turned out and I was ever so glad to have Philip and his legal consul help me through what ended up being a cat and mouse game.  You won't be disappointed with Philip, he is very savvy and knows what he is doing and navigate the legal battles with ease and tactfulness.

After my previous attorney procrastinated with my case and failed to file for child and spouse support for over 3 months after my case started, I decided to drop her, because she wasnt doing anything but stalling the case. I contacted them immediately and was able to set up an appointment with Philip Daigneault to discuss the matter. Phil instantly requested my files and two days later I got a call from him that my child and spouse support issue has been already resolved and that from now on I will be receiving my payments from my ex.
