$80 fee added on right before flight. I had prepaid for the flight, and scheduled, after all that they required an additional $80 to fly.

Amazing! I highly recommend. Our pilot was Hero. He was awesome and very friendly. He was also very knowledgeable about planes and the area and answered any of our questions. Thank you Hero and South Coast Aeronautics.

Bought from Groupon. 80 dollar added on for gratuity once you get your appoint through email, isn't mentioned in the groupon but I didn't mind paying the fee; It's a business and I get it to an extent. The experience was great! Such a fun day out for my husbands bday. Was def worth the price and I'd pay again with out hesitation! We had a lady as our instructor she was great I forgot her name but she made the flight so nice and relaxing! Great personality and overall just a nice girl to experience our first flight with!! My husband loved flying the plane he wants to get his piolets license now!

Horrendous communication. Completely unprofessional. Possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's a real shame as they could have a great little business if they looked after customers/prospective customers. I'm sure there are some other great operators available, keep looking for them.

Called 12 times throughout 5 days, tells me to contact by email to set up an appointment... sent 2 emails within 4 days apart... No one has contacted me whatsoever!! You SHOULD put on you ur website THAT YOUR NOT OPERATIONAL!! Now I cant get my money back and need to Trade it. Very disappointed.
