        BEWARE!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETENT!!!! VERY SCARY!! The outpatient and inpatient nurses are horrible, very unprofessional, lack common sense, inpatient nurse did not even come in the room or introduce herself. No communication regarding their process until I asked. Outpatient nurse made an inaccurate, inappropriate assessment, making a judgment that was out of his scope of practice. They should be investigated. They deserve NO STARS!!!!

        The approach of a staff member (Patricia?) was a red flag to NEVER use this company. She is clearly a hustler for her company. I can only imagine how bad Trinity must be after you sign up with them. The good part is you can cancel hospice at any time and choose a different company.

        Do not use this company if you love your family!!! Extremely uncaring! THEY DO NOT PROVIDE THE CARE THEY PROMISE! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY AND NOT THE PATIENT!!! DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU OK WITH EXTREME NEGLECT....

      Providence TrinityCare Hospice - Torrancy provides a full range of palliative care, hospice care and compassionate support to our patients and their families. Our palliative care services help patients cope with temporary pain that is a part of a treatment process, as well as helping patients and their families keep pain from interfering with a patient's quality of life as they near the end of their journey. Our hospice care services provide comforting and empowering support to patients and families coping with end-of-life care, extending from medical and care support to grief counseling and bereavement services for family and friends. All of our care is provided wherever our patients and their families need us; in hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, and in the patient's own homes. Our services are tailored to each individual, whatever is needed.
