        Terrible experience! The phone lady was absolutely rudest! Had to wait 2 weeks to grudgingly get estimate - then guy lied to my face & went on vacay & then lady rudest again!!! Never did get estimate. Wasted a month of my time waiting. Highly DONT RECOMMEND!

        I have been using One Way Heating & Air Conditioning for over 10 years for my personal residence and any remodels I do for myself or clients as well refer them to anyone I know who is looking for a HVAC company. As a General Contractor I need to be able to trust my sub contractors and I am to trust One Way Heating & Air Conditioning. The quality of work they do is amazing, the customer service is amazing and all the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love when they finish a project and if it's winter time within minutes the house is nice and warm and during the summer time the house is nice cool with in minutes. I highly recommend using them and not calling any other company.

        Excellent service. The tech was knowledgeable and honest. Pricing was fair. I highly recommend One Way Heating and Air. They saved me a great deal of money by confirming that I did not need a new furnace that another company was trying to scare me into buying. In the future I will use only One Way for my heating and Air Conditioning needs.

        After waiting a week for them to service my AC unit, 2 technicians arrived. They perused my unit for 15 minutes and informed me that my compressor was not repairable and I need to purchase a new one - $8,000-10, 000 dollars. When I informed them I do not have that kind of money, they emailed me a proposal for $6100-7100. Meanwhile I had another company come and give me a second opinion. That technician fixed my unit in 10 minutes. So either those One Way techs are incompetent or the business scams its customers. Services: HVAC system repair, A/C system repair

      Hi Toni, It is unfortunate that you consider us a scam or incompetent, as we have serviced your unit multiple times in the past and you have been very satisfied and found us quite competent prior to this call (which is why you reached out to us again for further service). You placed your service call in the height of every successful HVAC companies busy season. We got to you as quickly as we could as we have other customers who were scheduled before you. We were just as disappointed as you when we were unable to get your compressor running. We replaced the capacitor and installed a hard start kit for you because this generally works for the problem we were experiencing. We did this all for you at no charge so I am not sure why you are calling us scammers. In regards to the quote for replacement, once you told us you weren’t able to afford the initial price that was given to you, I told you I would provide you a quote for a different unit that was within your budget. The proposal was sent to you based on our discussion and in hopes to find a solution that would work for your price point.
