Randi Spivey provided a quote for my Lexus 2 years ago but I went with another carrier at a much lower rate. She contacted me recently and let me know she can beat the current rate and provided a quote I was pleased with and I was ready to move forward until she came back with a quote $357.24 higher than the original quote with a different carrier.  I called her right away asking for the reason on the discrepancy.  She explained that the quote she provided was a bundle quote for home and auto which came out much lower. In the times I spoke with her I never asked for a bundle quote for home and car insurance as I was only interested in the car insurance.  I gave her my feedback that I didn't appreciate the bait and switch as I was very transparent with her and provided the rate that I have. She got very defensive and explained that "it's what agents do to get a customer's attention." It sure got my attention for sure but it wasn't what I was looking for and it wasted my time. I was completely transparent with her from the getgo on what I was paying for my current rate but she ignored it. She doesn't listen to a customer's needs and she only cares for making a quick sale. QIS Insurance is currently saving me a significant amount of money per year in comparison to any of the others. I admit I was skeptical at first because the quote was so much lower with maximum coverage in comparison , Ricardo actually met with me in his office . Shout out to Claudia as she was the one who made this happen! My only regret is time wasted calling so many other companies before reaching out to QIS.
