Armen Gregorian was extremely helpful and compassionate in helping my family negotiate the distribution of a complex family trust. With great care, he patiently broke the process into achievable steps and was always available when we had questions, concerns, or couldn't remember what he'd told us already. He assisted us in finding other resources (realtor, CPA, fiduciary) to navigate the distribution of the assets, etc. Armen, who we met days after the passing of our loved one, was sympathetic and reassuring upon our loss and correctly foresaw the legal and grieving journey we were to face. Watch out for Armen Gregorian, Esq! Do NOT give him ANY "reserve", "retainer" or anything else.  This guy not only took my $5,000 reserve AFTER I paid him $10,642 but refuses to answer to a court order for detail billing!! He is suppose to comply with court orders and trust documentation. He takes the easy way out and refuses to support his 'billing". My trust was 60/40 split. After paying OVER $10,000, he balloons his billing (since he refuses to submit details) and takes ALL OF MY RESERVE!!!~ The contract signed by the judge states to 'return $5,000 reserve after 120 days' - 3 attempts to contact went unanswered. No detail billing to support the theft of $5,000. Still no response and it is now over 5 months late. He has NO respect for anyone. He lies, manipulates and is completely unethical. He is the reason why lawyers are given the name of 'snakes' - DO NOT TRUST him. DO NOT HIRE him. You will lose your case and your money. He does not care who pays him. As long as he can steal the money! - Consider yourself warned. STAY AWAY!!!!!

My wife and I engaged Armen to create a Living Will and Trust.  He was recommended to us by my tax accountant, and boy have we been pleasantly surprised.  Armen was a pleasure to work with, from start to finish.  He is extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions, sometime multiple times.  He is easy to talk to and you can tell he really enjoys his work.  He also delivered a beautiful binder with all our legal documents contained inside.  It was an added special touch that we were not expecting!  My wife and I highly recommend you use Armen for any legal work you might have, and he also has an extensive rolodex in the event he is not the right person for your specific legal task.Jeff & Harlika Acosta
