Anouheh is really just the best to work with. She is a great communicator, she's aggressive, she'll do anything in her power to help make the process of purchasing a house as smooth as possible and she's up for a challenge. The market right now is crazy with high interest rates and a lack of insurance companies in CA, but Anouheh and her team guided us every step of the way. We already recommended her to our friends!

So we just closed on our home thanks to our creative and accomplished loan officer, Anouheh, and her dream team! I had a wish list, which quite honestly, felt like a fantasy! We are in one of the toughest real estate markets that I've seen in my lifetime coupled with higher interest rates, a lack of insurance companies left in California, oh and did I mention that we wanted to keep our existing home and purchase the new one while holding onto most of our cash so we could do a major renovation? We also own our own business so we have fluctuating income, we haven't filed our taxes yet for 2022 and we went to Hawaii right in the middle of escrow!! Anouheh checked every single box and got us everything in a 21 day COE, everything!!!!! Mic drop.

Anouheh from movement mortgage is the excellent loan officer, she passed my almost impossible loan with great possibility, which turned out to be getting my dream house . I'm really glad to have her as my loan person and I highly recommend her to all. She is the best and movement mortgage beats the price of any banks.

Working with Anouheh and the Movement team has been such a great experience. I can honestly say that if we did not have her and the Movement team, we would not have the opportunity to own the home we have today. The market we were looking in was very competitive, any good home that came on the market went into pending quickly, so when we found the home we wanted, we knew we had to be ready. Anouheh was able to help us lock in a good rate, worked on getting us financed in an exceptionally short amount of time and closed escrow before the timeframe that was asked. We feel so blessed that we had Anouheh and her team on our sideeven our real estate agents were impressed and wondered where we found this wonderful gem.. Thank you so much.
