Communication is 0-2 at best. Waiting very long, unreasonable periods for some repairs, other repairs, very quick. Lots of issues with their vendors, or even having a vendor to do whats needed, and have found that 99% of the vendors they employ, to be rude and disrespectful, leaving a mess at the property every visit, without fail. I just really want the garage to leak repaired. Been 6 mo the now and 6-7 requests. Only excuses given.

I’ve just had many rude, disrespectful, unprofessional vendors to my house, that have left gigantic messes. Left extra materials all over and why does Vitco use them, I don’t know. Even had a drunk plumber here one day. I didn’t report it to Vitco, because the owner of the xo is u ended up coming out herself (because she couldn’t reach the guy so she thought he wasn’t coming, so she came) but he did show up, wreaked like alcohol acting like a belligerent freak with me, saying weird inappropriate things, and so I did tell her what he said to me and she downplayed it as ah that’s just his personality, he’s harmless. Ugh yeah no.

Please stay away from this property management. Me and my pregnant girlfriend went to see the apartment unit which we were interested in for $1900 a month. But they require 610 credit score and up. But as we ask Nicole which is the landlord for that unit about our credits score being below that threshold, she said for us to apply and she'll work with us. But as we turn in our applications on Friday of March 8th with our proof of income including sensitive information she told us they will let us know by Monday if were approve or not. But we didn't here or get any answer or phone call from them about our approval until today as of march12th. We had to call just to get an answer. How rude and dirty for someone to tell us one thing and leads to nothing but a waste of time and disappointment with no regards and telling us that they will work with our credit score. Please never give a couple false hope if we mention to you about our credit score then lying to us about working with us then lied again about reaching to us but bever did. You guys are cut throat and shouldnt be in business. You guys gives ppl false hopes and robs us for the application fee just to lie to us about being flexible. I hope one day what you do others, who works hard to make an honest living shouldn't have to put up with your lies and deceitful ways to make a quick 80 bucks. As to retaining our sensitive information. I will be talking to my attorney if that's legal for property management to neglect. "Don't do to others, that you don't want done to you." Lies and lies!

I personally would never engage this property management company. If I were you, I would stay away. They treated me as if they were doing me a favor by taking my call even though I own my property and consistently pay my dues each month in a timely manner to the HOA. Although the dues don't go to them directly, the HOA retains their management to handle property related matters. Also, in my experience with them, they avoid addressing issues and their attitudes make it difficult to interact with them or feel comfortable bringing issues to their attention, because they purposefully turn you off. From my own personal experience, Vivian and Brenda are especially rude. The first interaction I had with Vivian (and hopefully the last as I don't feel comfortable interacting with her) she hung up (loudly) on me and made me feel as though I had no other option, but to accept such behavior, because she was the owner. I have read other reviews that have alleged the same kind of behavior on her part, which is very disappointing and sad.
