    I didn't give it the highest rating only because I didn't hire him, not because I didn't think he could do the job, but I was in the process of hiring another, and unbeknownst to me, she was in the hospital all day and thus was the reason she didn't return my calls, due to that fact that I was interviewing other companies. When I talked to another company (which shall remain nameless) the person at that one, seemed very nice but seemed very hesitant to do anything to at all, I felt that person wouldn't have the balls to deal with a difficult tenant, not so with Tim. He was friendly but he had a firmness to him, I felt that he would do everything legal, but would very able to deal with a recalcitrant tenant. Unlike some companies, he is easy to reach and return calls promptly and he very kindly took time to talk to me, he is very knowledgeable. And last but not least, one of things I was impressed is that I didn't have to sign a long term contract (like some that offered maybe a lower monthly price but a onerous rate for filling a unit-his was quite reasonable). To me, that meant that he was confident in his ability to please his clients and they would retain him because they appreciated his services, not because they are in a long term contract. If it doesn't work out with the other property manager I wouldn't hesitate to hire him or even to list my place with him, if I decided to sell. I'm sure if I used him, I would most likely give the highest rating.
