Scott management is unreliable. I paid my HOA payment every month but when it was time I need them. I literally had to fight to get them to step up and do their part. Bad management company!!!

I have lived in a condo complex in Playa del Rey managed by Scott Management for 23 years and only have compliments to pass forward. They have been responsive to all of my requests over the years and always followed up with any issues. I mainly dealt with Ellona and she is a gem !

Terrible management company. They fine you for having fake plants on balcony. They come around looking for things to fine you instead of looking for things that need fixing. When you need them, theyre completely useless. They keep raising HOA dues, yet they havent delivered on the fixes they were supposed to do. Total scam! Avoid at all cost!
