        If I could give no stars I would. I have been interested in a property managed by EPLA for a few weeks now and have continually called their office number. I have left many voicemails (not one call returned), sent emails and requests to view the property through Trulia. I have gotten a few emails back with very little dialogue about the property, and really, just doesn't seem like they want to rent the unit out very badly. FINALLY I got an actual person on the phone yesterday and set up a time to meet him today at the unit to view. I took time off of work to head over and no one ever showed up. Called the office again and not surprising, no one answered! Unprofessional to say the least! I will take this as a hint to how they would be as landlords and not pursue looking at their properties any longer.
