I had the worst experience with them. Even though when I moved out I left the apartment in great condition, they refunded me only $100 out of $1000 explaining that they charged me for carpet change and wall painting. The owners make "tricks" that makes it difficult to sue them. This company is a SCAM. I highly recommend to stay away from them. Awful, disgusting liars!

By far the worst company Ive ever had to deal with. they owned my apartment building for about nine months. they didnt clean, they didnt take out the trash. if there is any maintenance request they wouldnt respond. multiple tenants had texted and emailed multiple times with no response. Roxy on the board would also not respond. they also handed tenants (me being one of them. That lasted less than a week due to the disrespect. Its a whole fiasco in itself) the keys to all the apartments front doors without doing background checks etc just to have someone as a keyholder. Nancy who is the main point of contact for the company is by far the laziest person. She has never once responded to any concern or request. But if you dont pay your rent by the 2nd day of the month she will show up to your door demanding the money. There are multiple lawsuits against this company. Avoid if at all possible.

Roaches, mice, water damage, nothing was ready when we moved in. Not even hot water. Stove doesnt work. Trash by windows. Windows dont close all the way. Windows dont lock. I can name about 50 things. I text and email with no responses. I was over charged for my deposit. So much is wrong.
