This company owns by CHISTINE BEEDLE its a fraud she is a horrible person she will make your life miserable if you don't rent from her. she is a bully save your self some troubles, headaches and sleepless nights don't have business with her or her company you will regret it. She is a discounting "person" I wish we have never cross paths with her . She stole private information from us and only 3 months later by being treated with the police she decided to give it back to us

Went to see apartment for rent on 10/16/22. Door was open, woman cane around corner and I asked if I could see apartment. She was very rude, asked who was apartment for. I stated my grandson and she asked where is he. I said he wasnt here she said you cant see it. Very rude and uncooperative. I then tried to call the office, Call disconnected, busy no answer. Very bad all around.

Please do not rent from Christine. Shes nothing but a liar. Kept our security deposit for things that were already damaged BEFORE we moved in. We made a deal with her to renovate a disgusting house but we only renovated what she was willing to pay for. She expected us to fix things out of our own pocket ? Ridiculous. We did nothing but IMPROVE the nasty house she rented us and she had the audacity to charge us for things that were not our doing. I hope someone sues her one day so that she will stop scamming people for money

WORST, MOST RUDE, ENTITLED, CHEAP LANDLORD I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. SHE DESERVES 0 STARS TO BE HONEST, 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH. PLEASE READ AND BE TAKE NOTE. My family and I lived in her property for over 10 years and it was the worst years of our lives. She does NOT take care of her properties, and when it comes to repairs she will buy the cheapest materials so when they break she will blame you for it. She will knock and ring your doorbell 100000 times and will verbally harass and demean you during inspections. She insulted my family for being immigrants. When my grandmother died, she told my grieving and distraught mother she needed to stop being so sensitive, grow up, clean the house, and dont forget to pay rent. This woman Christine Beedle is a horrible human being, let alone a property manager. She allegedly also stole money from previous tenants, stole some of their belonging, and broke into their homes since she still has the master keys. Theres more issues with the now deceased former property manager who owned the building who had willed a couple of properties to his children, but CHRISTINE BEEDLE had stolen those properties from them. These are just allegations, but I completely believe it just knowing her for 10+ years. Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT RENT FROM HER. There are other properties out there, you do not need to add more stress in your life by renting from CHRISTINE BEEDLE. She is a real life troll gremlin.
