Bindu and Sam are the real deal!  Since they work as a team, you really get two agents working hard to help address your real estate needs.  I work in Redondo with teacher friends who had purchased homes with team Xavier and they came highly recommended.  We went into the buying process during the pandemic with two small children, which is no easy feat.  The market was crazy with multiple cash, over-asking offers and we had very specific criteria to meet, so we were not optimistic, but Bindu didn't give up and scheduled us for viewings, gave us her honest opinion on home values and what to offer, and walked us through the paperwork and inspection process with ease.  She was always available by text or phone call any time we needed her.  We were able to find a beautiful home in a great neighborhood and we couldn't have done it without Bindu!  10/10 highly recommend.

Bindu is amazing and she is absolutely the best at what she does. She very patiently answered the gazillion questions we had about home ownership and went the extra mile educating us about the process in depth. As first time home buyers, Bindu was an extremely reliable guide as we weathered the highs and lows of the finding a home in Los Angeles. She walked us through every step of the process and was incredibly patient and thorough answering our million questions along the way. She was also incredibly responsive and proactive, sending over comps and contracts within an hour or two of touring a house and promptly alerting us to every update for our offers.On top of everything she helped us with, she is also one of the sweetest people you will every work with. In this current market, buying a house in Los Angeles can be an incredibly frustrating experience and Bindu was an incredible support both professionally and personally as we searched for our perfect home. We can't recommend her enough and would work with her again in a heartbeat!
