I didnt know what to expect. Id never sold a home before and when it came to selling my parents home, I was completely out of my depth. Then I met Joanne. She immediately set me at ease with her professionalism and her willingness to explain even the smallest detail to me. She made me feel like I was a participant in the process rather than just a spectator who signed forms now and again. When we got a buyer (very quickly I might add) she explained the process and kept me sane when I thought things would go wrong. I am so happy to have met Joanne and to have work with her in selling my parents home. No one else could have done as well as she did for us. Thank you Joanne.
