Katrina is the only realtor I will ever use. I just completed my 4th real estate transaction with her, and as usual the services provided were top notch. Katrina got me an over asking offer on my home four (4) days after placing it on market, and my home closed at $50,0000 more than the originally appraised value. While putting my home up for sale, I decided to rent my next residence and Katrina assisted me in finding the luxury condo of my dreams! Katrina is courtesy, professional, and goes above and beyond for her clients. Everyone I have referred to her sings her praises as well. Katrina was the buyers agent for my listing and she saved the day! We had to suddenly change the terms of the contract in order to allow my seller to purchase their new home. Katrina's cool and calm demeanor during the midst of the storm was amazing and what was needed to make the buyer feel easy about the process. The buyer was equally amazing in agreeing to change the terms in order to have a smoother closing. During the sales process Katrina was always available to overcome any issues that arose and was able to close the condo for her buyer in 10 business days, which is an amazing closing time for a condo with an HOA! Katrina was a pleasure working with and I look forward to closing more deals together!

Working with Katrina was a dream. We began the process not knowing what decision would be best, to sell our rental as-is or invest in upgrading. Katrina and her team did a ton of leg work to find the right resources, compare our options and provide us with her honest opinion. My partner and I felt comfortable, safe and respected the entire process and truly enjoyed the whole process, which is a lot to say compared to past experiences we've had. In the end, we ended up selling to one of her other clients for many reasons, but one main one was because we knew she was fair and honest and would do what was best for both parties. I would absolutely recommend working with Katrina in any transaction and look forward to working with her again in the future!
