Its an easy 5*s for Maggie. After speaking with multiple agents I found Maggie to be the best combo of knowledgeable and personable. She was very sympathetic for my loss and able to answer the numerous questions I had as a first time seller. Personally I wanted to handoff as much as I could since I wasnt local and Maggie was happy to take that on. This included getting estimates and coordinating the renovations needed with vendors. I also found the renovation financing option available through her agency Compass a valuable option. Maggie was also very organized and responsive either through email or text. I was referred to Maggie by a work friend and she lived up to all the accolades and more. I was selling my parents' home (and the house I grew up in) after my father passed away and my mother had to be placed in a memory care facility. The process was very emotional for me, to say the least. Maggie and her team was SUPER RESPONSIVE to all emails, texts and inquiries. I am convinced that none of them sleep. We have now purchased two houses in the past two years with the services of Maggie and Jaime. Choosing them was the best decision we could have possibly made. They answer all of our questions within minutes, no matter how silly. They are sharks when it comes to negotiating the absolute best price (regardless of market) for clients and in the repair negotiation process. They continue to be available far after the deal is done to advise on any questions that pop up. They treat us like family. We have no reservations in saying that working with them is a no brainer.

Maggie and Gina made what was probably one of the most stressful things we've ever done, as first time home buyers, into one of the most positive and professional experiences we've ever had in our lives. From day one reaching out to Maggie and team, we have felt safe, protected, looked out for, and in the absolute best of hands. My husband and I pretty much mutually agree that this was the gold standard in terms of communication, responsiveness, and professionalism. They were everything we needed and then some! We didn't just buy a house with their help. I worked with Maggie this past summer in selling my condo, and then immediately after in purchasing a new place. Maggie was always responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, starting from locating contractors and getting the property ready, to listing, open houses, and showings. She kept me updated on everything. She also did a great job in working with the buyer's agent throughout the negotiation process. In the end, we were able to get multiple offers above asking within a week of listing. Once it sold, we transitioned immediately into the home buying process. I worked with Gina and once again, the process went very smoothly. Her insight and advice was invaluable, as home buying can be just as stressful as selling. She was especially good at developing rapport with the selling agents, which helped in getting us invaluable information on competing offers. I'm thrilled about how the whole process turned out and will definitely work with them again in the future!
