Don't let her fool you, Melissa is a badass! She is super sweet and exceedingly pleasant to interact with, but this lady knows how to write an offer to get it accepted! After a couple of years of dealing with other real estate agents who were far from professional and lacked any kind of ingenuity - we were pretty down about the prospect of being able to buy a house, let alone even get an offer accepted. Melissa was recommended to us by our loan officer. We had an hour long conversation with her, she dug into what our home buying requirements were. We spent two hours looking at houses and put in one offer, that was strategicallly curated and it beat out the other offers the seller had already received, without going over budget! Seventeen days later we closed escrow and are home owners! Melissa made the impossible, possible for us. We are so thankful for her guidance, commitment, and expertise. Tired of good enough? I am! Looking for the best Realtor who does moreand makes you feel like your needs are first priority? I was! Luckily, I found Melissa Pilon. She was 15 out of 10 and she bent over backward for us. I could not believe how detailed and all the things Melissa provided to make it a streamline process. We were wavering on selling but everything that Melissa was offering from tour the property via video, all the materials to the professional photos and video were top notch. From the first day that we met, II felt super comfortable with Melissa she spent alot of time with us walking me through the big picture. She was always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didnt need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to her. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands. From an expectations perspective, I dont know how Melissa does it and to the fault of everyone else I worked with they set my expectations really high and not unrealistically high because of Melissas professionalism and wholehearting caring.
