I have known and worked with Rafael for the last 10 years and he has proven to be one of the hardest working real estate professionals I have known. He is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of real estate and is very professional and courteous. He makes him self available to his clients 24/7 and is willing to go to battle to make sure you are represented in the best way possible. He has helped us purchase and sell several properties and has been an important asset to our success. I highly recommend him to any one that is looking to purchase or sell real estate. My wife and I hired a nice guy Dave Harbison to Represent us and sell our home with this company. We hired Dave because we felt thru conversation that he would represent us better than another realtor that we interviewed when it came down to appraisal. We later realized that this was not one of his strong suits and also realized that he panics in situations where he might be in a vulnerable situation And shows a weak side instead of being the strong and confident crutch for his sellers. We also realized that he makes recommendations that actually work to the buyers advantage instead of us the seller. I call cheerleading for the other team and I dont think thats what people hire their realtor for....you want someone that you can rely on as strong and confident and when push comes to shove I dont think you get that here. Never even got a thank you from him for allowing him the opportunity to sell our home and make a percentage. We paid a 3.5% commission rate And I think for what you get its a fair rate. 5% belongs to the big leaguers who are laser focused and one-sided Jon & Nava
