The staff at this agency is awesome, both Sandra and Diana are professional, and accomodating. Sandra was kind enough to assist me when I locked myself out of my new apartment accidentally over the Independence holiday weekend. Overall, the entire process including selection, screening and Move it has been enjoyable. I recommend J & P Realty.

This is the first time that I am owning a condo and clearly have no experience  in managing a property.After speaking to a few property management companies I was about to give up my search until I found Sandra who was extremely easy going, professional and helpful into my process.Within 2 weeks I found someone to take over my place.She is attentive to every details and cares a lot about tenants/owner safety and happiness.Highly recommend this amazing lady & business for your property management needs!

Honestly J & P Realty HAS TRANSFORMED the living experience into such a pleasurable one.  SANDRA, in particular, goes above and beyond in her communication and accessibility consistently.  Sandra & the team there listen and take efficient action to support and follow-up on pertinent requests.  I've even received responses well after the normal work day from J&P ensuring or confirming that my matter was addressed.
