        I highly recommend Nancy Kruse at H&R Block in Torrance she provides excellent tax service and advise to get the best refund and benefits for your tax return. She is such a wonderful and kind person who really care about your taxes. Her knowledge and experience makes your tax visit stress free and enjoyable. She has done my taxes for three years now and I love to see her every year!

        Cecilia Jaime failed to show up to a 12pm appointment. I did not receive any sort of message as to why the appointment was missed. I was treated extremely unprofessionally and the service was absolutely unacceptable. To miss an appointment on the day of a deadline is unacceptable. They couldnt get me another appointment for hours later which may cause me to not be able to file on time. The management gave me no sort of explanation, and I was hung up on 3 different times. Cecilia should have had the respect to let me know why my appointment was missed. This company is completely unprofessional and unreliable and I do not recommend you do your taxes here, especially by Cecilia.
