Travis AFB Military Personnel Flight (MPF)

My wife and I both needed new IDs. Had scheduled morning appointments. Arrived early, checked in and waiting maybe 10 minutes. Called us both and were waited on by a very nice and competent young woman. Were done an hour early. Very good experience.

Now their phone line says theyre only open till 1500! What the heck is that . And the voicemail that you get for Assignments says it isnt even monitored.

Called 20 before they closed and no extension will answer their phones. Ive been in their office two days in a row with appointments bright and early (9) and wasnt seen for up to two hours. After speaking with somebody multiple times I was just told there are people in front of you. Worst MPF Ive ever been to in my career. How do you have 20+ people in your waiting room and rando mpf airmen standing at the front desk just chatting but no one is being helped?

Not allowed to go there but it looks cool, to go there you need to be stationed there or have someone bring you with them. Other than that its cool
