Went there for a long bob with curtain bangs and came out with choppy hair. I asked if they shampoo there and Jacky said no. So I got a dry cut. She said my hair needed to be cut from the inside.. I think her scissors needed to be sharpened because it hurt when she was twisting and cutting. She also raked my forehead with her comb while she was showing me a hair wrapping technique. My forehead was sore and red, she ran her comb over my forehead like 20x I kept a happy attitude, but inside I was sad. She also said she had to charge me extra because she did a lot of cutting. I paid and I tipped her. My hair has a lot of layers now. I dont like it I wish I had the long bob I asked for. Im sure she meant well, but I dont like my hair now. It looks ugly. It took me 8mos to grow out! I wont be coming again.

Amazing service!! I was in need of a new hair stylist to help with my thinning and hair loss, and Jacky the Hair Doctor came to my rescue. She not only took her time with me, but she explained the hair process. She gave my hair the proper treatment and she truly has a heart of gold for helping others. I left feeling vibrant and confident. And also I made my reservation on Google less than 24 hours and the salon delivered. Ill be back in 4-5 weeks for a follow-up. Thank you.
