It's hard for me to have sympathy for your employees during a pandemic when all four times I've used this post office in the last 6 months have been a ridiculous hassle. Three times now I have sent mail back with the name crossed out and "does not reside here, return to sender" on the front, just for it to end up back in my mailbox the following day. Yesterday I tried to send a package of which the employee encouraged me to try to send anyway even though the address was "not found" in her system. I did, and the box ended up back on my stoop this morning. And of course they don't offer refunds. Every time I walk in for services I have to wait in the lobby until the employees notice that I'm there, sometimes 5 to 10 minutes as they chat away about personal stuff loudly in the back. If you're reading this just know it's worth driving 10 minutes further into Sonora so you don't have to deal with these people mishandling your personal errands due to their incompetence.

These folks are having to work basically understaffed and with one arm tied behind their back. Yall give them a break! They are great, hard working folks doing their best to get your mail to you. Please be patient and appreciative of these folks! Nothings perfect! How bout next time you are in the Post office giving these folks a big thank you for all they do! If you arent happy with rural life then the Bay area will take you back I am sure!

On the website it says my package was delivered to my mailbox.it wasnt there. This has happened several times. The last time I got a note in my mailbox saying package was to big to put in mailbox. The next day the package was in my mailbox. I am always getting someone elses mail. Need to hire someone who can do the job correctly.

Received a phone call from garbage company that they were notified by the post office that my house is vacant!@! That is the house next door!!!!

The older man that works at this post office is a passive aggressive bully that throws fits when hes inconvenienced, filed a case against him for slamming a pen at me, not to mention theyre horrible at delivering the packages.
