        "The current environment is challenging, with leadership exhibiting toxic behavior that significantly impacts Marine morale. There is a concerning level of selfishness and entitlement among SNCOs. Expressing concerns or providing factual feedback often leads to retaliation and belittlement from SNCOs. It may be beneficial to consider changes within Alpha and Bravo Companies for the betterment of unit morale and esprit de corps." Discrimination is a significant concern within this battalion, where individuals are not treated as equals, and there is a prevailing expectation for junior enlisted personnel, from E-1 to E-5, to behave robotically and respond as such. This stems from the apprehension of engaging with SNCOs due to the toxic relationships they maintain.
