Not a lot good to say about this location. They are booked out months in advance, they want to schedule fillings one tooth at a time, there is no compassion from staff for those who are scared of the dentist, dentist is rough and uncompassionate. I got on their schedule to take care of 7 fillings and when I got there the dentist told me she was only going to be able to take care of one. She didn't wait for the numbing cream to take effect before immediately using the needle, roughly. No countdown or anything. And it appears that she was too rough with me. My mouth is still sore and swollen more than 24 hours later. Her bedside manner is terrible as well. She doesn't greet her patient when she enters the room - in fact I was entirely ignored throughout the procedure while she talked to her assistant regarding shopping and using her disability money to purchase expensive shoes and such and how she planned to continue to recieve money from the state while working - what a wonderful use of tax dollars. It was very unprofessional and rude. I will say the dental assistants and scheduling personnel were very kind to me and understanding. They were much more patient friendly. I will not be recommending this office to anyone in the area. Highly recommend venturing to yucca for dental appointments. Much better facility. Only positive was the facility was very clean and organized.
