Happen to many times with recpnot checking you in. Checked in 30 mins before appointment with receptionist found out she didnt check me in system. Sge got very rude. There wasnt anyone else in waiting room either.Took another 45 mins to be seen. Why dont they have portal so people can check in on own.

Poor communication they canceled my appointment and i was only a few minutes late and I called ahead of time to let them know i was coming took 2 buses to get there for them to cancel im pissed i would never go there again!

Had my 1st appt. Front and back office were very nice. DR.Paul was awesome(even tho he wont be my reg. Doctor... bummer he was great). I was very nervous about going to doctors its been awhile. He made everything very easy, including getting my referrals. Already got a call to make appt. For the referrals. Hoping every appt. Is this comfortable and stress free. Oh and love that labs are done there! SWEEET!!!

One of the finest facilities I have been to in years. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Services were provided in a timely manner. Patients were called in from the lobby quickly. I was seen by two female staff and Dr. Cruikshank. These three provided the most comprehensive new patient intake and provided compassionate and thorough care. They asked me many questions in order to provide quality care tailored for me. They asked. Then they really heard me and my case history. I am very greatful. Further, many services are provided in house including medical and psychiatric services in one building. They have a pain management specialist as well as the ability to do blood draws in house saving me a trip to LabCorp. I was very nervous coming to a new doctor. Dr. Cruikshank and the professional office staff provided an environment where I felt safe. Five stars and highly recommend.
