Legitimately one of the worst places I've ever experienced. Pros: It's slightly less expensive than some other offices in the area. Cons: - They rarely answer the phone even after calling multiple times (I called for HOURS one day and had to go into the office) - They don't do what they say they'll do and you have to call them back to get them to actually do it (in my case it was sending referrals to other offices) - This office tends to help you in a hurry, though not always - Some of the nurses don't know how to deal with kids - Hard to understand the Dr. And the receptionists and not for lack of trying or accents. They never answer their phone, they aren't in the office during the hours posted, the doctor has prescribed medication not covered by the insurance provider, disability forms to continue qualifying disability benefits have not been filed resulting in a lapse in coverage and no income. I'm surprised they have been sued for medical negligence. If we don't get the care we need we are absolutely serious in pursuing legal action.

You don't see a doctor, you see an PA who shows very little empathy. The office isn't open during listed hours, you can't reach them on the phone, and they play games with you when you ask for a prescription refill. This isn't medical care - it's medical lack of care.

This is the slowest doctor Ive ever been to. Was sitting for a hour and a half before he even came in the room.. they never answer the phone but its a small doctor receptionist sits there on her phone. Dont recommend anything in 29
