I have lived in this town my whole life and I can tell you by all the staff I have seen in and out of this place this has to be by far the best staff I have ever had service me with the best customer service yet.

Me and my grandma have a difficult time with western union. NOT because of check into cash but because of western union itself. Now, that being said, the check into cash in 29 palms has the best people I have ever had the privilege to deal with. Names are shay and Sonja. By far the most patient and respectful workers. My grandma can definitely be a handful and stuck in her ways and can be rude on the phone sometimes. Or can be very hard to explain things to. Shay was extremely calm, cool, and collect, and respectful. She remained calm the entire conversation with my grandma. Both her and Sonja were very sweet and very professional while I was in there. I had to be in that store lie 3 different times and each time neither of them lost their professionalism or they courtesy. By far my fave store to go too!!!!
