If you are looking for someone thorough and want to find out the extra details on your propertys functionality Kevin is the person. Checking the perimeter of the home, the roof, attic and garage. Definitely took the time out even though the property looked really good, not letting that aspect distract him into conducting a quick inspection. He turned on the A/C unit not letting the fact the the system was new deter him from running it, was gracious enough to remove his shoes in the bedrooms that had new carpet with out our asking and even though others did not remove their shoes. He was detailed, checking the kitchen range fans and running it just to clear out residue, made notes of everything he noticed even as minor as stuck doors and as major as a non completely functional new Air Conditioning unit. I was comfortable to show him aspects of the property that I needed his expertise in, he didnt mind sharing his input, he knows where to look despite the nice property and just didnt keep telling me the property was in nice/good shape as if that wasnt the appearance.
