Absolutely one of the best ERs. Civilian or military. Staff is on point, respectful and genuinely takes pride in their work. Both morning and evening shift. Went in again 11-17 and I was giggling. The whole team came in to check on me and talked and soathed a destructive anxiety attacks that I was having. What a great team! Glad to be a vet with this awesome humans around!

For the blood lab: Had this happen to me right after the guy said how nice my veins were. Im a licensed/certified medical assist/X-ray tech that has done my share of blood draws and I have reason to believe he intentionally blew my vein because I was irritated at the staff that they stood around doing nothing for 15 minutes with only 3 patients waiting. Beware in showing any displeasure because you will be medically assaulted.

This place has most red tape and bureaucratic inefficiency of any institution I have ever interacted with. It seems like they are terminally understaffed. My family and I are yet to go to them with any given thing, even if it is urgent, and not have a weeks long lead time for receiving care. Even the emergency room has this issue. I do not contempt any of the people that are trying to make this place functional, but it consistently fails to provide the people of the base the most basic functions of a hospital. It is as though there is an unspoken rule that anyone looking for Healthcare is precluded to going out into town to an urgent care or ER and just hoping that tricare will decide to cover their costs before they are erroneously sent to a collections agency.
